All pieces from our collections are made when ordered (but are not custom) and require a production period of approximately 3 to 6 weeks. This timeframe does not include shipping, which typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier.
If you have a specific deadline or require a rush order, please contact us at
contact@siejewelry.com before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee
expedited production, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please
note that selecting express shipping does not accelerate the production
timeline.
Return Policy
We accept returns on our collection pieces within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that
custom-made orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom Orders
Custom orders refer to pieces specially made to customer specifications—such as engagement rings, bracelets sized to fit, or any design modified upon request. These items are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale, with no eligibility
for return or exchange.
